As from this coming Sunday 26th February, the pavilion will be closed to everyone except authorised  members who will be preparing for the refurbishment which will commence w/c 6th March. The pavilion will remain closed until shortly before the start of the new season in mid April.

If you have any personal items that you require between the time of the closure and start of the new season then please arrange to collect them before this Sunday. I am advised that there is no need for members' lockers to be emptied but removal of bowls would be helpful but not in any way essential.

I would also politely remind you that playing members' and associates' subscriptions are due by February 28th which is next Tuesday. Thank you to the vast majority who have already submitted their paperwork and paid . Those who haven’t, it will not be practical to leave any paperwork/cheques in the pavilion after this weekend but please mail them to my home address (or drop them in) – my address is on the paperwork.

I will keep you in the picture regarding the refurbishment as it progresses.

Kind regards
Peter

Please pass on our thanks to all concerned with putting on the Panto this year, well worth the 200 mile round trip.
The Panto is now so professional I suggest they go on tour next year, perhaps starting in Clevedon,
